At Databook we gather the most important information from these reports. Our main focus is on the KPIs or financial metrics that the company uses to determine the size of the CEO's and other executives' annual bonus and long-term incentives.
C-suite decision-makers at your customer may be more receptive to your pitch if you can align your solution with the KPIs that determine their bonus.
To view executive compensation metrics:
- Search for a company
- Select Executive Compensation from the Premium Insights section of the menu on the left
- You can select 'Click to view more' to see more details and a link to the company document where the information is sourced from.
Executive compensation information is only available for companies that you have upgraded to Key Accounts.
