Organization Roles and Their Entitlements

Owner Role:

  • Access to Databook Web

  • Deactivate Databook Users

  • Invite Users to Databook

  • Manage Role Assignments for Users

Admin Role:

  • Access to Databook Web

  • Deactivate Databook Users

  • Invite Users to Databook

  • Manage Role Assignments for Users

User Role:

  • Access to Databook Web

Role Hierarchy

Each organization has an "Owner" as the root of all organization roles. The hierarchy flows as follows:

  • Owner

  • Admin

  • User

How to Assign Roles

Users with the "Manage Role Assignment for Users" entitlement can assign roles through:

  1. Organization settings

  2. User Assignment section

  3. Membership dropdown menu
