Account plans, done right, are a treasure map. Databook helps you research and complete account plans for every enterprise to maximize the value of your territory. And you can do most of it in minutes.

You do this by clicking HERE to log into Databook. Once there, search for the company you’re building an account plan for.

The Top Insights bar shows highlights you can cut-and-paste into your account plan. See the Company Description, Key Facts, and Key Dates cards for account plan basics like number of employees, revenue, and more.

Click on the Competitors tab to see who your client’s peers are, and how your account benchmarks against them (see more detail in the Strengths and Weaknesses card).

The secret to a great account plan is identifying board-level strategic priorities you can attach your solutions to. Databook curates this information under Premium Insights for Key Accounts. For all other accounts, click on Management Intent, then select Strategic Priorities.

Next, you’ll want to see which of your offerings map most strongly to your account’s priorities. Databook helps you do this instantly on the use case table.

Account plans are stronger when you include names and roles of key stakeholder executives to target. Click on Databook’s People tab to identify who has power and cares about the KPIs your solutions influence.
