What is DatabookGPT?

DatabookGPT takes the power of Databook to the next level, delivering new trusted insights, proactive guidance, and personalized assets through a conversational AI interface you can access where you already work. Initially available via a Web interface, DatabookGPT will eventually be available for integrations with key applications within sellers' existing workflows, such as Slack, Teams, SMS, email as well as CRM in the near future. With DatabookGPT, sellers can interact in an easy conversational manner to improve their productivity and positively impact their sales objectives.

What are the benefits of using DatabookGPT?

DatabookGPT is a Conversational Sales AI solution, purposefully built for enterprise sales. With DatabookGPT, enterprise AEs can supercharge their Account Planning, Outreach and Pipeline generation efforts by seamlessly integrating human-like conversations with advanced AI capabilities. DatabookGPT takes them beyond prompts, providing an activity feed of events that impact into their sales motions. Databook’s insights are grounded in verifiable, real-time data sets, supported with an expert oversight.

How’s it different from ChatGPT and other LLMs?

DatabookGPT is purposefully built for Enterprise Sellers to help them across their sales cycle by providing relevant, time bound trusted insights and narratives, which help them meet their objectives. The key advantages that DatabookGPT provides over ChatGPT (and other foundational LLMs) include:

  • Trusted Insights: Databook utilizes Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to anchor conversations in our verified data, enabling us to evaluate any response from the language model against a robust dataset covering 50,000+ companies and billions of data points.

  • Workflow Integrations: DatabookGPT is accessible not only through a browser, but also, in the near future, will be seamlessly integrated with key applications within sellers' existing workflows, such as Slack, Teams, SMS, email as well as CRM.

What will be the pricing model for this functionality? It is bundled with the existing package?

DatabookGPT is currently available as part of a voluntary Early Adopter Trial Program for existing Databook customers covered under the existing licensing terms. End users who decide to participate and sign up for DatabookGPT will be provided with complimentary 3-month access to this new and exciting capability (or through the end of your Databook contract, whichever comes first). Our team will be in touch with you with respect to pricing if there’s an interest across your teams for continued access to DatabookGPT beyond the trial period. Licensed users of the Databook Web application will not be solicited for individual paid access.

Is there any cap of number of accounts that DatabookGPT covers?

No. During this early adopter phase, your teams will have access to insights for all accounts available on the Databook Web Application. Users will also be able to request the addition of new accounts through both the chat interface and the web application, just as is currently the case

How can our team sign up for Early Adopter access?

Any user who’s interested in being part of the Early Adopter program can go https://databook.com/gpt/ and enter their details in the form provided to reserve their spot. If you want to nominate a group of your team members to the same, please share their details with your Customer Strategy contact and we will do our best to reserve slots for them.

How will we access it?

DatabookGPT will be accessible for end users via https://chat.databook.com. Users will be able to register using their existing Databook credentials and start using this application. At this time, only users who have signed up on the waitlist will be provided access. In the future we aim to extend this capability to be accessible via Slack / Teams and other collaboration platforms.
